Forever transforming Chicago’s dynamic skyline, St. Regis Chicago, formerly Vista Tower, needed a digital marketing campaign that helped the brand stand out as much as the iconic building itself. As construction came to a close, it was time to shift strategy #InsideVista. My team and I revamped the marketing approach to showcase Vista’s interiors and the one-of-a-kind lifestyle across social channels. We shifted messaging, implemented user-generated content, and created videos and dynamic ads that targeted affluent buyers.
New trends like Instant Experience Ads and story highlights helped us take Vista’s social media game to the next level, growing both their following and engagement rate in areas where competitors weren’t marketing. The luxury assets were implemented across digital—keeping creative fresh and continuing to drive standout results including 21 million ad impressions, 45% increase in conversions YoY, 343,648 website sessions, 2,295 website conversions, 26% increase in website sessions, and a social media engagement rate over 2x the industry average.
